Rihanna plays host at Thanksgiving dinner in Ireland
Rihanna may be a good girl gone bad, but she still relishes tradition. Despite being in Ireland for the European leg of her tour, the Barbadian beauty brought the Thanksgiving holiday spirit overseas for her entire band and crew.
According to the Daily Mail, the singer hosted an impromptu turkey dinner for nearly 100 guests at local pub in Dublin.
The thought of being away from family members on the holiday was too much to bear for the singer and her entourage, so she brought the festivities to her team at O'Donoghue's pub, where she organized the soiree -- even deciding on the menu herself, which was catered by French bistro Hugo's located across the street from the pub. Rihanna chose a traditional turkey dinner complete with mashed potatoes, veggies and cranberry sauce.
The pop princess also decided to indulge in some everyday comfort food. The menu included macaroni and cheese, clam chowder and apple cobbler. But in true Rihanna style, she ditched the typical Thanksgiving sweatpants look. Rihanna wowed the crowd in a black sheath dress paired with a fur jacket and killer metallic embellished pumps, reports the Daily Mail.
